«Free 30 minute consultation to discuss your unique situation and goals»As a trauma specialist, I am Dedicated to providing a holistic approach to healing. I often use EMDR, parts work (IFS), intuition and spirituality in my practice. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and collaboratively decide what will help you make the most progress toward your goals.
With EMDR, parts work and spirituality we will discover the roots of your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. We will work together to take you from “getting by” to thriving!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been in the behavioral health field since 2014. I have the unique experience of working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; and outpatient chemical dependency during my career. I was trained in EMDR therapy in 2019. I am well rounded in my experiences and I am grateful to have made positive impact in peoples lives.

Individual Therapy
Therapy is an investment in your well-being and the expansion of your mind, body, spirit and soul. We will work collaboratively to identify your unique needs and desires for your health. $160 per 55 minute session, longer sessions are available upon request. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those facing financial hardship. Sessions are in-person or virtual. My office location has a free parking lot. I offer a free 30 minute consultation. I accept private pay or Out-of-Network benefits. Out-of-Network benefits allow you to use some insurance coverage without the restrictions of In-Network benefits. This allows you to have full control of your care. We will bill your insurance for your Out-of-Network benefits or a Superbill can be provided should you wish to pursue reimbursement yourself.
Coaching & Energy Healing
Akashic Records Reading + Energy Block Release
Ask 1-2 burning questions you have for your soul. Release yourself from energy blockages are holding you back from freedom and inner peace. Angela will use her intuitive ability to tap into your heart space and channel messages for you. Then we will remove energy blockages in your energy field that are no longer serving you and attune you to energy that will help you thrive.
60 minutes, includes 30-minute follow up session for processing and integration outside of the records.

PENNY, SUPPORT DOG, AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN
Support Dog
Penny is Angela’s support dog and co-therapist. She loves to greet her clients and give them some love, before settling for a nap. She just seems to know what each person might need in the moment. Penny had a rough start to life. She was dropped off at a Rural Georgia shelter when she was just 4 months old for reasons unknown. After being rescued by Nickel City Canine Rescue, she was brought to Buffalo, NY to start a new life. Soon after being adopted, Penny’s family began to realize Penny had some wounds she needed to heal from her past, as she was anxious and fearful of new situations. Penny’s family took the time to help her to adjust to her new environment, provided her with lots of love, treats and experiences to help her heal. This allowed her to gain confidence and become a wonderful family member and co-worker. Penny completed basic and intermediate obedience training in 2022 and AKC Canine Good Citizen training in 2023.
Our Policies
- Payment Policy:
Payment is expected at the close of each therapy session. I accept cash, check, credit card and HSA. If you are unable to pay for your session, please contact me prior to your next scheduled session.
- Cancellation Policy:
You are expected to provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation. If you cancel after the 24 hour window or do not show for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session.
- Shoe Free Policy:
My office shoe free. Feel free to wear socks and/or slippers. I have disposable booties to use for your convenience if you prefer to keep your shoes on.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you accept insurance?
I accept Out-of Network benefits and private pay. Out-of-Network benefits allow you to use some insurance coverage without the restrictions of In-Network benefits. This allows you to have full control of your care. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your benefits and how much they will reimburse you for code 90837 outpatient mental health counseling.
- Where can I park?
There is a free lot behind the building with plenty of parking.
- How do I find you once inside building?
Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. Either choice will drop you off in a waiting room. I will greet you at your appointment time and take you back to my office.
- How often do I need to see you?
This is totally up to you. Often, I recommend weekly to bi-weekly to start. Then discuss spacing out appointments as you grow and heal.
