As NYS licensed mental health counselor and intuitive coach. I am dedicated to providing a holistic approach for you that is personalized to your specific goals, needs and hopes, which can include intuitive guidance, parts work, EMDR, intuitive practices, mindfulness and energy healing. 

I have been in the behavioral health field since 2014. I have the unique experience of working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; and outpatient chemical dependency during my career. I was trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) in 2019, parts work in 2021 and 2022. Recently, I have expanded my practice to include energy healing and intuitive practices, such as akashic records readings, energy healing and energy block releases. I completed training for Level I + II Reiki in 2024, and will complete training in intuitive practices in 2025.
