Do you accept insurance?

I accept Out-of Network benefits and private pay. Out-of-Network benefits allow you to use some insurance coverage without the restrictions of In-Network benefits. This allows you to have full control of your care. Please contact your insurance company to ask about your benefits and how much they will reimburse you for code 90837 outpatient mental health counseling.

Where can I park?

There is a free lot behind the building with plenty of parking.

How do I find you once inside building?

Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. Either choice will drop you off in a waiting room. I will greet you at your appointment time and take you back to my office.

How often do I need to see you?

This is totally up to you. Often, I recommend weekly to bi-weekly to start. Then discuss spacing out appointments as you grow and heal.
