Payment Policy: 

Payment is expected at the close of each therapy session. I accept cash, check, credit card and HSA. If you are unable to pay for your session, please contact me prior to your next scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy:

You are expected to provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation. If you cancel after the 24 hour window or do not show for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session.

Shoe Free Policy:

My office shoe free. Feel free to wear socks and/or slippers. I have disposable booties to use for your convenience if you prefer to keep your shoes on.
